2. RETURNS - Personalized products may not be returned. We will correct any errors on our part by replacing the personalized product. All other products may be returned within 30 days from date of purchase with prior approval from Pottery N More. Approval must be obtained within 72 hours of delivery. Returned items must be received in original packaging, unused and in satisfactory condition . Unless due to an error on our part, customer is responsible for shipping on all returns. Please call for authorization number prior to returning any item. Absolutely no returns without an authorization number.
3. SHIPPING - All orders are shipped UPS Ground. Other carriers and methods are available. On large orders, please call for shipping options.
4. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS - All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours to delivery carriers. Receiving customer is responsible for filing damage claims with the delivery carrier.
5. OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS - Out of stock items will not be back ordered. Customer is responsible for re-ordering at a later date.
6. PAYMENT - We accept Mastercard, Visa, & Discover. We also accept personal or company checks from accounts in good standing. Payments made by check may cause shipping delay of 10 days. A 35.00 charge will be assessed for checks returned for insufficient funds.
